People want to be promoted immediately, especially the young. They try to increase their abilities
in order to reach the top level of companies. However, they are not aware that
if they don’t integrate their abilities with work, they won’t be successful in
their careers. Due to the conflict
between work and abilities, they can’t reach their aims. Therefore, they need a
long time to acquire experience. With the help of experience, they deal with
problems instantly. It can be said that people should be rewarded according to
their age and
experience.
To begin with, some big companies determine areas of
responsibility and every worker knows his mission in companies. They don’t make so many changes
.After organizing the distribution
of work and workers, they need to check if the work is going well or not. Therefore, the companies
have to be ruled by means of a hierarchy in order to continue the regulation of
companies. This hierarchy can be provided by only older and experienced
managers.
Secondly, experience is hard to obtain. It can’t be reached
whenever people want. It requires a long time period. People have to face serious problems to acquire experience.
This helps people gain
wisdom and diverse
views. Moreover, these qualities assist them in deciding rationally. Therefore,
when companies promote people , they should take into consideration the age of
workers and their level of experience.
Lastly, sceptics point out that the young are competent and
they are eager to succeed and be well educated. Maybe they are right ;
however, well educated people have only theoretical knowledge. They don’t know
how to apply it in the workplace . They must be ready for the worst conditions.
Therefore, it is hard to be successful just with a good education.
To sum up, experience gives people the ability to decide
immediately and logically. We can’t completely rely on youth. They should be given time to prepare for the problems they will confront.
