Education standards are a serious problem all around the world
today. In many countries, people suffer from poor conditions in schools or they
can’t fulfill their potential because of their family background. To overcome
the problem of education standards, schools should be funded by the government and
families should be informed about why children’s education is important.
The first
problem which is faced by developing countries is cost of schooling. Children who are born in poor
regions don’t have an opportunity
to have a good education.
Poor equipment,
inadequate or poorly trained teachers, even lack of schools lead to low
standards. To overcome this problem,
governments and citizens should take initiative.Equality should be provided in
terms of access to education. Well-equipped schools and expert teachers should
be provided to all
people.
The other
factor which leads
to a poor standard
in education in developing countries is the family. Many children can’t enroll in schools because of
their families. Seeing children as a labor force and discrimination against
girls are among common issues in developing countries. As a result of these, families don’t let their
children go to school or have a higher education. To solve the problem,
families should take responsibility for their children’s future. The government should also
develop policies to encourage parents to send their kids to school such as
boarding schools, school dinners, tax cuts and the like.
To conclude, education is the key to changing the country's future
and reaching the
level of developed countries in terms of educational
standards. However, cost of schooling and family factors can cause problems in education. To
increase the standards of education in developing countries, inequalities
should be reduced among people and everyone should benefit from their rights to
education equally. Well-equipped schools and well-trained teachers should be provided to all citizens.
The family factor shouldn’t be forgotten, either. Families should be informed
about this issue by governments or NGOs. They should take
responsibility for the future of their children and the future of the world
correspondingly.
