TALENT OR HARD WORK

It has generally been accepted in recent decades that talent is more significant than hard work. Everybody is currently trying to become much more -skilled than they have ever been. Therefore, the importance of talent is widely accepted in all walks of life.  People are supposed to have an obvious talent when they apply for a job. In addition to work places, parents also think that if their children have more talent, they will  undeniably be respected everywhere. However, hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.
Firstly, it is debated whether talented people can mostly have a high degree of success in society or a company. For example, most of the companies require at least 5 years experience from  candidates who are often selected  on the basis of their driving license and full curriculum vitae. Moreover, companies do not even consider the other candidates who don't have these features and cannot speak more than two languages; they don’t even interview them to observe  their communication skills. However, while talent is more essential, hard work can only be observed by giving someone a chance to work in companies. As a result, whereas natural talent is important for work places, one should be given a chance to reveal  hidden skills in any work area.
Secondly, parents always support their children’s efforts to develop any talent; they, therefore, stress the importance of extracurricular activities such as educational courses or sports training. It is commonly held that only if young brains attend educational courses, sports centers, will they be successful in their future life. However, this is a misconception of parents. Every individual has innate talents which can only be developed  by hard work. Whatever parents do for the prospects of children, they can only acquire external talent with determination, desire and hard work. As a consequence, however many talents you have, they will vanish without hard work.
To sum up, today, talent is more important than hard work. However, there is no accomplishment without decisive hard work. If you want to be a better equipped person, you should completely integrate your talent with hard work.
